Please follow the instructions below:

  1. If there is no menu at the top of the IE browser, press the ALT key on your keyboard to open it.
  2. Click Tools from the menu at the top, and then click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted sites.
  4. Click the Sites button.
  5. Ensure the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box is NOT checked
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Close, and then OK
  8. Reload the Communication Service webpage.

Mozilla Firefox

If you are using an Firefox 22 or lower, you can fix this by performing the following actions:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Content tab, then click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click OK and then reload the Communication Service webpage.

Google Chrome

If you are using an Google Chrome, you can fix this by performing the following actions:

  1. Click Customize and control Google Chrome (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines to the right of the address bar)
  2. From the drop-down menu, click Settings
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings...
  4. Under Privacy, click the Content settings... button
  5. Finally, under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button
  6. Reload the Communication Service webpage.
